Assessment 

This is a very important step in the matriculation process. If you do not do this, you may not be able to register for your first choice in courses.

The key is to follow the instructions included in four messages that were in your VMI Email in box. You must complete the requirements in all four messages: Security Awareness Training, Registration Requirements, Mandatory Placement Testing, and Required Mathematics Skills. 

If you have trouble accessing your E-mail account or in completing the requirements in the messages, contact the VMI Information Technology Help Desk at (540) 464-7643.

Ride Share  

Cadets may look for a rides or make rides available during various breaks throughout the year. The site can be found at www.vmi.edu\rideshare.
