Ricoh Monthly Invoices
The first Managed Printer/Copier Service invoice follows below. To view the data, click on the link which will download an Excel spreadsheet to your computer and display the file at the bottom left corner of your screen. Click on that and Excel will launch with the spreadsheet. Should you choose to manipulate the spreadsheet in any way, this will not change the spreadsheet on the web.
This first invoice covers the time from when you received the printer through November 28, 2012. The next invoice will be from the period beginning November 28 through December 31. Subsequent invoices will be on a monthly basis.
The data is sorted first by Department then GL# (general Ledger number). Sub-totals are by GL#.
